With over ten years' experience, Hayley has always been interested in art and design and after studying interior design in Toronto, Canada, she came to the UK in 2002 to pursue her career. Feeling very passionate about the industry, Hayley is now deeply involved in the profession. As Student Director on the Board at the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID), she is often asked to give talks to students and newly qualified designers about the importance of professionalism within the industry and how to further their careers.
Collaboration and team work are key to the way Hayley designs; “You can’t design in a bubble, you need stimulation and input from clients and other creative people. It’s hugely important in keeping things fresh and new.”

Sarah was a solicitor specialising in commercial litigation and joined Hayley Manning Ltd. as a consultant in early 2012. Her attention to detail and organisational skills have been key in keeping projects running smoothly. Sarah makes sure that orders for projects are processed, keeps our invoicing up-to-date along with ensuring our internal processes are working efficiently and effectively.
Sarah also runs her own micro brewery! We at the office are looking forward to sampling her newest batch very soon!
Jessica used to be a marketing manager, and has worked in the US and Switzerland. She joined us in July 2012 on a work placement after retraining as a designer at the Interior Design School and has since been back to us as a regular freelance designer. She’s proven herself as a valuable member of the team with her creativity, organisational skills, attention to detail (she writes a mean list!) and 3D visuals/sketching abilities.
